Pathways is a career conference for teens in grades 7 through 12.
This one-day career exploration day is packed with a career & college fair, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, internship leads, student poster showcase, prizes, swag, and free lunch.

Developing Lompoc's Youth Workforce
Pathways is a cornerstone of the Lompoc Youth Workforce Pipeline. Spearheaded by Santa Barbara County Third District Supervisor Joan Hartmann, the community partnership initiative connects local middle and high school students with career readiness training, professional networks, and paid work experience, bridging the gap between education and local employment.
