Our Mission and Vision for Lompoc Teens
The mission of the Lompoc Teen Center is to provide a safe-space for at-risk teens (7th-12th grade) to achieve academic success and college and career readiness.

The Lompoc Teen Center offers a variety of programs and services, including academic support, college and career exploration, enrichment activities, events, and excursions.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT
Yes I Can-Si Se Puede
The Yes I Can-Si Se Puede program offers evidence-based academic support services, tutoring, mentoring, and academic counseling that helps students stay on track in school, build study skills, and set college and career goals.
Yes I Can-Si Se Puede program students also receive after-school transportation to the Center, nutritional snacks, and an annual $500 post-secondary scholarship fund.

Career Pathways Conference & Internships
The Career Pathways Conference is a one-day event plus follow-up internships that help teens explore career and college pathways through interactive workshops, professional networking, and paid work experiences as part of the Lompoc Youth Workforce Pipeline
AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT
Activities, Events, & Excursions
The Lompoc Teen Center offers daily STEAM activities, annual special events, and excursions to local destinations and major attractions throughout the school year.
SUMMER ENRICHMENT
Summer Activities, Camps, & Excursions
The Lompoc Teen Center offers various summer programs and services, including daily STEAM Activities, excursions, and exclusive access to summer camp experiences, including Camp FIrework and Santa Barbara County Junior LIfeguard.
RESOURCE CLOSET + WELLNESS
Reset Room
The Reset Room offers basic resources, including clothing, hygiene products, and school supplies, to Lompoc teens, regardless of their registration status at the Lompoc Teen Center.
Lompoc Teen Center students have access to a wellness space equipped with materials and resources to help them reset.
